2015 marks the 68th year of the annual Cannes International Film Festival (also known as Festival de Cannes in French), possibly one of the most glitzy and glamorous events of the year. The entire film festival will run from 13 to 24 May 2015, in the city of Cannes, France.
The festival is regarded as an extravagant affair, with celebrities and many well-known film directors and figures showing up to view a variety of new films and documentaries previewed in the various sections of the festival. The festival’s red carpet is certainly the highlight when it comes to celebrity fashion and the place to get inspirations for bridal evening gowns from a variety of ravishing outfits worn by the celebrities.

Actress Julianne Moore turned up on the first day of the festival in a shimmering gown for the opening ceremony of the festival and premiere of the French film, La Tete Haute (Standing Tall).
