yes have asked le.. i can trf the package.. but the time frame is so short who will want? i have also ask my co-ordinator to release my date out, if someone email the hotel and ask at least my date is available...

Hi everyone I have just finished my wedding one month ago .... so happy ... enjoyed my day .... received my photos and video liao too ... very happy with the short montage my videographer done for me to show during the dinner very well done!!! my phots came and clear and nice and having to capture the right thing at the right moment !!!

candicesai: split the tasks according to each person's forte and likes. Like for me, I have 2 sisters who are in marketing so very familiar with running events. i put one of them as the main coordinator and the other, i need her to sit and host the table of friends for me, so she can't be running about. Another sister is very conscious about time so i put her as timekeeper. Another is very comfortable with handling $$ as her work is front desk where she handles large sums of $ every day. so she's in charge of recep and the ang baos.
you need to take into consideration the table arrangements as well when you set aside a task for each sister. to ensure the ppl sitting at the table will have a person each to talk to and wont feel out of place.
finally, if a sister knows a brother, better for them to be communicating with each other than 2 total strangers..

I have 8 sisters and my hubby have 8 brothers. Except for 1 couple within, e brothers and sisters doesn't know each other. Hahaha
My sisters just met up last Sunday and we all had a great time knowing each other. If we need to meet the brothers, it will be like a 18 pax outing. Hahaha
Thanks again for e advice. Somehow we manage to settle bits by bits on the things to do on gatecrash. We are still at e stage of finding the attire for e gatecrash. My sisters range from XS to XL. Shoes size from 4 - 9. Quite a tough job but i am sure everything will turn out just fine.
I have not start with my guest list either. hee! Banquet side more or less will be handed over for e brothers to ensure all in placed. Money n reception will leave to my 2 sisters.
I am getting excited about my big day!!

Wow that's a lot! hahah.. i only have 5 sisters and 5 brothers. though hubby hasn't confirmed his last brother yet.. keep chasing him to do so and he's taking his time! and we are just 8 weeks away...
I am also super excited.. My sisters are not telling me what they are doing for gatecrashing cos they scared my hubby knows and spoil the fun.. Hahaha.. Going to choose their dresses in Sep then have a full gathering in Sep including our emcees. so we will be 14 people gathering too. hahah..
For sisters' dresses, you can try City Plaza, they have a lot of shops selling such dresses and they can do alterations. Cos my sisters are mostly taller and bigger than me. Except 1 whose the same size. Why do you need to bother abt shoe size? they shd get their own, no?
Yup do up a plan and to do list so you can be assured everything is taken care of.. now im looking at my planning everyday and making little changes here and there.. and till now i have not found my 2nd march in song!
