2) estimate the min number of tables for actual day wedding dinner.
3) Location of ROM. Same venue as actual wedding dinner or different dates and venue
4) Searching for a good venue for your actual wedding dinner with the agreement from both families
5) Checking of venue e.g check with hotel if they still have dates available
6) booking of hotel and paying deposit
7) which wedding package for bridal gown on actual day
8) which package for photoshoot
9) Going for pre-wedding photo shoot
10) Choosing actual gown
11) Choosing actual wedding car
12) Choosing actual wedding flowers.
13) Choosing bride mates
14) Actual day arrangement
15) Wedding dinner,

The ballroom that I attended the wedding is rather spacious with high ceiling and no pillars. However, one downside is their centre-pieces at the aisle. There were many candles on the centre-pieces and the base of the centre-piece was rather small while the centre-piece is rather tall. Guess about 1.7m. So it tends to be very shaky when someone just touch it. (centre of gravity logic) Have to be careful and not let the centre-piece fall as there are candles on it.
The waiters and waitresses are not very professional. They will not ask what you want to drink unless you personally request for it. By default, they will serve chinese tea. (Not sure if it applies for my table or for all)
During the last dish which was the dessert, they actually served us a mixture of plastic and ceremic bowls in different sizes. Not very professional as they should have sufficient bowls to cater for all during the wedding.
Overall, I think no harm considering Novotel.
