Add spouse name into resale HDB

Hi

My bf bought a resale HDB under Single scheme. We will be married in Sept '11. Do anyone know who/how to add my name (as spouse) into the HDB? :blink:

Hello, has your spouse completed the full payment of the HDB flat yet? If he has not, I think might need to talk to the bank or HDB depending on where you got the loan from for a joint ownership as banks from what I heard will have to go through some processes in order to allow your name to be in the joint ownership if the payment for the housing loan is not completed yet. This is because if your name is a joint owner you may be required by the bank to pay for the monthly installments as well. Best to check with the bank or HDB! Hope this helps.
