I'm gonna start writing my invites.
Just wonder, how do you gals write on the cards?
Do we need to write full name or Ms or Mr?
What if my colleagues/friends are bringing partner how do i address?

I don't think need to write full name..
I am just planning to write First name and Sirname. If they are bringing their partner then it will be for example "Amy Brown & Partner"

Don't really require full name ba. But if you don't intend to invite their partner, I think can write only the person you are inviting. They probably won't bring their partner along then.

I just write Mr. and Mrs. and then their surname.

add ms/mrs/mr in the invitation.
if it's your colleague then write it this way: Mr./Mrs. (last name)

You can use Mr. & Mrs. and then their surname. You can also see here http://www.a2zweddingcards.com/weddi...tions-wordings how to properly address your wedding invitation.

I think Mr. and Mrs. + their surname is just fine.

I think that if they're your friend/close relative, you can just write their names/Aunty Sharon etc on the envelope
if you want something more formal, then you should standardise it and put Mr/Mrs/Ms for all! It'll be easier if you send it for printing anyway

Mr. and Ms. is needed for a more formal approach.
