    Ang Paos for Bridemaids

    Hey there... I need help!

I understand that gate crashing ang paos received will be shared by the bridesmaids.

Do i need to give them additional ang paos for their help?

Hmm...usually the ang paos received by your bridesmaids during the gatecrashing are shared amongst them. But most bridesmaids will also give it back to you during your wedding dinner, as in add it into their ang paos for your wedding dinner.

An additional gift (can be ang pao or gift vouchers or other gifts) to them for their help is out of appreciation for them.

Hi,you may want to give extra ang baos to the bridesmaids if you would like to show your appreciation for their kind help... But normally, from what I understand , normally the Ang bao at gate crashing is enough since the amount that you give is normally a substantial amount ... another way to show your appreciation is to give your Jie meis a treat after the wedding.... hope that helps ....

Additional angbaos are not a must, but some will prepare little goodie bags as appreciation for their time ^^

additional angbaos is not necessary la but if you really want to thank them is either buy them some gifts or treat them for a meal after your wedding lor.

my friend treat us all the helpers - jiemeis and brothers dinner and ktv one week after their wedding. it was a nice gathering especially those of your helpers are single at the same time can give them some additional time to know each other.

Yeah man...you hv to factor in all these costs as well. So it's not just the gowns/ photography, etc that adds up...but once in a lifetime so you'd want your frens involved too. Necessary cost? haha

Hmm.. Mostly jiemeis & xiongdis are close frens, if they happen to be single, some would will to match them up =x But nowadays it doesn't matter whether they are single/married ^^ Its really up to you & your future hubby ^^
