Newbie peony jade at clarke quay if i dun remember wrongly can only have 22 tables max if more you got to do it at keppel.

are you looking for food or ambience as important? many chinese restaurants i know don't have very good ambience, but their food is excellent

YOu can also try out the various tung lok restaurants. their food is not bad, and reasonably priced. i'm not too sure of the latest packages tho
