    Disappointed with Ztage wedding, because they didn't bother to return our call at all. Something is very wrong with their customer service and can't believe them getting a Filipino maid to answer calls. Anyway, won't want to put my wedding at stake with them, although they seem big set up online, but we bypassed their office that day, their so-called office is just about a room size. No any overwhelming renovation, surprisingly.

    Finally we confirmed our Korea package after much comparison with Louvre Bridal.
    Attended Louvre Bridal event last Saturday. Shopfront not that fantastic too but reasonably clean and new gowns display. Price range is wide from $3000 plus to S$8000 depend on our budget and studio selection. We didn't have a high budget therefore they planned within our request. Gotten our studio from their new launch lists at $4,988 and received a number of freebies.
    Service wise, they are still ok, at least from reviews I read, seem a better choice. Keeping my fingers crossed that things will turn well for us.

    Jacelyn, it is quite obvious that you are an insider who created an account in September just to tarnish ZTAGEWedding's reputation and perhaps promote Louvre Bridal.

    While I am not too familiar with Louvre Bridal which may be popular as well, I think it is not ethical of you to try to bring down any company like this. This is no way to attack a company especially since you did not leave your mobile number and neither did you meet them in the office.

    There is no filippino maid in their company too except for their receptionist of Backztage Group and the manager who served us is a Singaporean. Even if one company has foreigner, you shouldn't said them as filippino maid, they are also earning a salary as us and working in a decent job. From the way you said, is just looking down on them and being racialism. Singapore is a mixed nation, we should respect them and not looking down on them. They are human also.

    I believe you can check their website and fan page to see they are well established in Korea, Hong Kong and now in Singapore. I am really angry with people and company like you especially since ZTAGEWedding has assisted me very closely since I signed with them.

    I think its unfair to tarnish them when you don't experience them yourself and judge based on its cover. Perhaps Lourve has its good however different people different kind of views on each company and how their staff treats its customer. You shouldn't judge based on your own assumption and tarnish them online.

    You may still continue to tarnish them online however i believe one will see what's right and wrong. Its like if you yourself reputation being tarnish online, you would be angry or even your friends/family will be angry as well. Its the same logic.

    Since you said you have signed with louvre, good for you and hope your pre wedding goes well then stop tarnish other company's reputation. It won't get you further, my dear

    I called them and left my number with the person who answered my call. She seem very blur and left me poor impression. I just don't feel safe to entrust my wedding to someone so uncertain.

    I am curious, why are you stating that I "did not leave my mobile number"? If I hadn't leave my number, how would I be waiting for their call? There is no reason we need to lie right on our inquiry.

    I am merely sharing my personal experience, nothing biased. Everyone is sharing their opinions too and getting reviews to judge for ourselves.

    On a side note, your post makes me curious. You seem like over protective, maybe you are from Ztage trying to deny and protect your Company with the post reply.

    Although we are no longer your potential customers, I think you shouldn't have accuse us,
    because it reflects the way you will be treating your customers, whenever they have true negative feedback.

    I wouldn't like to comment further, anyway from this, I know it more clearly that I did the right choice in not getting Ztage for my wedding.

    Hi Jacelyn, i have signed up with them early this month and like you, i hope to prefer i made the right choice. When i saw your post, i was in doubt and affected so i immediately called the person in-charge who attended us to find out what's going on because i just signed up as their customer, also scared if i am in the risk of signing a bad company or so.

    They are also shocked when i asked them, they went to checked and nothing resulted about the case you mentioned. They can't possibility lie to me about this plus this concern about their reputation too. So either one of your is speaking the truth, while we the outsider won't get to know. Plus they are a established company, how will they lie to me about this? Right?

    If you are from a rival company not a client, then it makes sense for you to tarnish them by just calling, even hang up and leave no number for appointment, and come back say they are unreliable, isn't it?

    I also sharing my experience and services about them, nothing biased too. It's when you seems tarnishing their reputation based your own judgement without even any clarification, of course those customer of them like me will be affected and angry because pre wedding supposed is a happy thing for every couple. Nobody wish to sign up a scam/bad company for their pre wedding photoshoot isn't it?

    Anyway like i said it is good that you have bought your ideal package and hope your photoshoot goes well so as mine too. I will share my photos after my photoshoot too

    By the way, saying about me. Just curious, you seem to be over promoting/siding Lourve Bridal, are you one of them? Ha.

    Although my pre wedding photoshoot haven't arrive and also being accused/said as part of them, what I'm going to share is the experience meeting i had with ztage early this month. As usual, all singaporean like us would do research about all the local korean pre wedding company to prevent for finding any scam company. Went to a few company also to compare the prices and packages. Ztage is giving us 4 night of accommodation for free as well a few wedding gifts. They cater different freebies for different customer requirement which is pretty flexible. The services they gave is really good and professional, like me never been to korea, they would recommend me where to go for shopping, sightseeing and eat. (Although all these information can do research on your own) However its like extra services from them to us. Their price is reasonable with free transportation also. The studio we have chosen is something elegant yet simple as we do not like to have much messy background and waiting to be like being a kpop star! hahaha. We are also given actual studio wedding album to view so that we can get to know what kind of materials/design of the album be like. Overall, we do not regret signing up with them despite they are new! Based on those review & promotion they have so far, i believe we do not choose the wrong choice.
