omg.. definitely there is a huge difference... bto will definitely be much cheaper since it is usually located at new towns.. but.. it is through ballot so.. depending on your luck. u may get it or you may not get it.

ya, my current 4rm is worth 400k liao...at sengkang. low floor.
i heard high floors can go up to 480k.

n i bought from e sale of balance flats exercise, n it costed me 260k lor.

some of my peers who bought around my area, n queued for 3 years, got theirs at ~180k. n its high floor.

Both times we applied for DBSS, we got really good number.. We've finally purchased DBSS - Pasir Ris One. Wondergin how they generate the que number allocation.. Different balloting system for DBSS and BTO?

some people r just lucky aye? i got a fren who got double digits Q no for Jade Spring BTO (which she gave up later on) and Punggol BTO. Blk 274(?) Punggol BTO which is just beside Punggol Mrt...

BTO is cheaper and you can save money for wedding, banquet..etc while you are waiting.
Plus best thing is can use CPF for payments.

I've read a number of people trying BTO for more than 3 times. The question is, do first timers REALLY have priority???

Balloted for a flat in the Jan 2013 BTO as first timers. Hopefully I'll get a good queue number!
