    which is better for kids' room? neutral or bright colors?

    im painting my children's room. what color suits best for these rooms?

    people say neutral colors encourages better sleep and rest, but brighter ones encourages curiosity and learning.. which colors shud i go for? im confused.

    brighter colors for playroom... but if it's a room intended for sleeping, neutral ones are better.

    go for bright colors like yellows and oranges. It encourages creativity.

    I suggest go for neutrals.. use curtains and other removable decor for touches of brighter colors.

    i say pick neutral colors for more relaxing ambiance. u want your kids to have some rest when they go to their rooms.

    why not both have one side painted bright (ideally for learning, play area, with the toys) then another side neutral w/c is for napping, relaxing etc.

    I think for kids who are always on-the-move you'll be better off with bright colors for the room.

    I read somewhere bright colors encourages creativity in kids. Better start them early!
