Hi! Yes, let's share! My AD is 25th November. Actually, I'm not sure who's my coordinator. For my outdoor gown selection, indoor gown selection and AD gown selection, they are handled by 3 different people. (Such service)

I believe that the photo selection was initially handled by someone called Veron. Apparently, she's well-liked by the management for being able to get high sales.

Hi Elaine and Funkyicz,

I signed my bridal package from Bliss Bridal Creations as well. I feel like being "conned" when I compared my add-on photograph package with my friends (My Dream Wedding and Feline Bridal). Veronica claimed that customers usually top up at least S$3000 for the add-on photograph packages.
I do agree that the gown selection is rather limited if you compare to other bridal shops. The bridal shop is rather small & narrow too.

U mind sharing who is your coordinator? So far, my coordinator is nothing but great. Frankly speaking, I changed my actual day gowns 3 times but each time, she just served me with all smiles. Until I'm the one who is paisei that I Kip changing my mind. Haha! I oso paid up most of it. My AD is on 28 September. Told my HTB about your experience n he oso found it strange. So mayb it's ur coordinator..?

Hi Elaine, I'm not sure about the outcome of the photos as I am still considering whether to pay them more for their lousy service. It's kind of ridiculous to encourage them to continue treating customers by such service don't you think?

I knew that i have to add additional money after the photography session, however, I was stunned they fixed the package price. 1st choice 10k, 2nd choice 3k, 3rd choice 1.2k with limited selections. I wouldnt have take the 10k. It was to expensive. So I choose the 2nd package with no choice as the 3rd package will have to throw more pictures away which we are unable to make themes/stories in the ablum.

The photographs turned out well. However, the photograpy's ideas was too outdated and not creative at all. Keep asking us to do the same poses.

i find it rather strange that they are not flexible at all most of my friend's bridal shops are rather flexible and are ready to sell the soft copies at a reasonable price.

yes, i agree that the photos turn out good. it's a pity that they do not know how to present good customer service.

they fixed the package price as what i mentioned. I asked for discount they say cannot and the price is like COE system and not fix every month. The amount will fluctuate. This is what the sale lady told me.

I'm very disappointed that Bliss Bridal Creations (Moments Studio located at Raffles Boulevard) doesn't return the soft copies for the album layout design. I've asked Veron to feedback this to her management.

hi yutaka, i agree with you. but it's really strange that they don't sell the soft copies. all my friend's bridal shops told me that they will sell at a good price. wonder what strategy are they playing at.

the staff mention that they do sell soft copies when we sign for the package,and now they don't? that means they were telling lies right from the start? so dishonest! sighs...

You can only scan yourself with the hardcopies for those if you purchase it.

Just want to rave a bit about MUA and PG~~

Lihua & Steven are really really good! They are a lethal combination man! MUST MUST MUST try to book them..

I'm glad I told the bridal studio that I want to get Lihua and Steven for my photoshoot. Was really satisfied with the make-up, it's natural yet dramatic and she was very patient and helpful while we were scrambling to find my fiance's coat in the studio (he hung it somewhere and forgot about it).

Steven was very patient as well, and very accommodating. Every time after a series of shoots, he'll show it to us on the camera screen to see how it looks like, and if we liked it. Then he'll explain how he wants us to pose and all that, down to the little details..

Can't wait to choose my photos! Confirm will have headache, cause I think I'll love it all!

Very satisfied I realised that I was worrying for nothing over the past 2 weeks... LOL

Hello!

I find their AD gowns abit old fashioned too! But what you can do is to find out when are new gowns arriving and if your package as a MTM option, why not do that? I did a MTM skirt for my tea ceremony.

BTBs,Just want to share my experience at Bliss, Selection of gown is smooth, photo taking is quite good too.
Just that selection of photo is horrible and we feel being conned. The coordinator who serve us of selection of photos attitude and service is super horrible and stuck up!
Buying photo package "SHE" offer and per pcs is just ridiculous.

I'm looking for a MUA for my mother and myself for my brother's wedding coming Jan.

My MUA was Soo Lin for my wedding last year. Disappointed with her. She arrived late and yet still asked for the early charges. We were quite silly that we still paid her then. sigh... anyway...

As I hear many gd reviews about Lihua, can anyone advise if I can ask her to be the MUA for my mother and myself for my brother's wedding? Any idea what the rate is? Or can anyone give me her contact no? Thanks!
