Will be bidding for this one, i think it will be really popular among newly weds. It's just a bus ride away from Jurong Point. Alot of good schools in the west too, like River Valley High School. Will want my child to go there in the future haha.

Jurong BTO is always popular. i think this one, the number of people bidding will be 7 to 9 times of the number of units available.

Glad that now they release the location of future BTO so we will know how to plan, and in case don't get this one, can bid for something near the west also.

Nowadays the house area is smaller and the prices we are paying is higher.. after all the additional doors, renovations etc probably will add up to $500k plus. But i guess resale there is going for more than that already, this one is quite a good BTO.

For brides who want to bid for this BTO have to do it quick! They reduced the time to bid to 1 week only. Previously was 1 month!
