Recently I signed up a Taipei + Kenting package with CangAi during BOWS 2014. It costed me $2,488. So far the exp was pleasant but I've already paid 50% of it. My wedding shoot is in Mar 2015. Is it a bit too soon to collect 50% from me?

Hi Celayumi, I did the same as well. Paid 50% deposits when signing up at fair one year ago. Don't worry, it should be okay.

Do you mind sharing your package ? :)

Hi Eric ,

Do you know how much does the car rental cost for 1 day photoshoot ?

For the shipping fee of the album and photo , do we paid in Taiwan or when we return in Singapore.

The make up products that we need to bring ourselves are ? Isit eyelashes & ampoule ?

Thank you.

Eyelashes and ampoules can be got from Cangai with additional charges. Think it's considered cheap to get it from Cangai Taiwan.

Cheers.

We have engaged Cang Ai for our photoshoot and will be renting their wedding gowns for our actual day.

From our meetings with Vicky, we were overwhelmed by her warmth, enthusiasm and service attitude. She gives us alot of information for our taiwan trip and is a very patient and professional consultant. She is very meticulous with the details and inform us of any hidden costs, thus adding transparency to our transactions. Before signing up with Cang Ai, we have informed her of our displeasure with our previous studio and she went all out to help us and we are very touched by her gesture.

Even though Vicky is our point of contact, the other staff were also very polite and friendly when talking to us. As of today, we had a great experience with Cang Ai and we highly recommend speaking with Vicky for those who are considering Cang Ai.

Hi all,

Just got my prewedding shoots done in Jan 14 this year and would like to share my experience.

My finance and I signed up for Cangai last year with Vicky. Our pre wedding shots were taken in Kaoshiung and Taipei over a period of 2 days. Before the trip, our Singapore coordinator Vicky gave us a briefing on where their shops in Kaoshiung and Taipei were and gave us an idea of the different venues where we could take the photos. Our experience with her was good as she was proactive and always taking the initiative to make suggestions on what we would need and where to go in Taiwan to shop around when we were there.

In Taipei and Kaoshiung, we went through a similar process of first going one day before to select the dresses and gowns, then having the pre wedding shoot on the next day. Similarly, we were allocated an individual coordinator in each of the 2 locations which again confirmed the venues which we would like to go take the photos, and also gave us upfront any additional venue costs we would have to bear.

We had a wonderful experience with both teams of pre wedding shot crew in taipei and kaoshiung.

Now we have just received our edited photos we selected in taipei and its great that the service from vicky continues to be excellent throughout. In fact, we have now signed up for the ad package with them as well.

Would recommend any couples to have a good look at cangai and speak to vicky. As a whole a pleasant, customer oriented experience, and across sg, taipei n kaoshiung branches where we went, the staff were never pushy in terms of asking us to top up for things like more photos, dresses etc.

So far, I have only been looking for gowns. I signed up with them but I am in the phase of still choosing my own wedding gown. The coordinator assigned to me has proven to be very useful and helpful. She gives her honest opinions and suggestions about each gown.

I have signed up the pre-wedding photo & actual day package with Cangai during the bridal fair at Vivo in March 2013. Cang Ai do have branches in Taipei, Kaoshiung, Hong Kong & Singapore. We can choose any place for our photo shooting. In the end we decided to take our pre-wedding photo in Kaoshiung. First meeting with my coordinator Mia (Hui Min) yesterday, she is a very freindly & patient & meticulous person, she showed me all the gowns they have in their show room and take down the note the style n the gown that i prefer. she also gave us a "must bring list" for the photo shooting n advice us some attraction in Kaoshiung. My pre-wedding shooting in May, Hope that will be a good weather in Kaoshiung and have a pleasant journey with Cang Ai.
