Carlton Hotel Lunch Banquet in Oct 2011 to let go

I'm planning to let go my lunch package at Carlton Hotel in Oct 2011 on a Sun.

It's 25tables at ballroom 4&5. We managed to secure the old rates of $808nett before the price increase. Other add'l things that we managed to bargain for:

1) function room for rom solemisation & tea ceremony
2) complimentary food tasting, full course for 10 pax instead of 6pax at Wah Lok Restaurant during weekday evenings
3) complimentary car park coupons for 30% of guaranteed attendance instead of 20%. Add'l coupons chargeable @$3 nett
4) complimentary invitation cards for 80% of guaranteed attendance instead of 70% (printing not included)
5) waiver of corkage of 20btles duty paid & sealed wine (there is no waiver on wine, only hard liquor in original quotation) on top of free 12 btles of wine. Alternatively house wine can be arranged @$35 nett.

summerrain are you telling us that your package is booked for oct 2010 instead of 2011?

oh sorry my mistake ya its this year 2011. summerrain in this way you might like to call up and check with them if its ok to make changes to the date in this way will be more helpful to those who are interested.
