Confused Which to choose? Furama Riverfront/ Copthorne King's/ RiverView/ Park Royal

After considering our budget of $1000 below and tables of 20-25, we have shortlisted the following:
    Furama Riverfront/
    Copthorne King's/
    RiverView/
    Park Royal

Can share, which is a better option?

    Thanks

These 4 hotels that you have highlighted were my company's corporate hotels. I have also site visited these 4 venues personally.

Out of the 4, I would pick Furama Riverfront only. Because the ballroom is spacious, very high ceiling (6.5m), pillar-less, ambience and lightings are ok, foodwise also ok, price is very reasonable, service is excellent and carpark lots are ample, accessible to City area, CTE and AYE within 5 mins only via vehicle transportation. All the rooms have been refurbished and can oversee the scenery across river valley area. Hope this helps. Thanks!

    Thanks for the information.

My husband and me did i site review today to the list of hotels along havelock road. One of which, we visited is Furama Riverfront. We did not make any appointment with the coordinator, only pop in to have a review of the site. We went to the Mercury ballroom which they are setting up for the night's wedding.
Mercury is located on the 5th floor which you will have to pass through the swimming pool before coming to the ballroom. The floor coordinator (forgot to ask his name) is very helpful and friendly. According to him, we can use the pool-side as well. The reception area is big enough for the crowd. The ballroom with one side by the pool and the other forest view. However, there are a few huge pillars in the ballroom. But they have projection screen by the window to broadcast that will solve the problem of pillars blocking the view. Ceiling is quite low. But after going to a few others, i believe its almost the same to the others we went.
The wedding flavors are very attractive. There is a galleria in the lobby displaying the designs of the wedding cards, wedding flavors and guestbook and angbao box. ( Didn't see that in other hotels)
The only disadvantage is, its confusing when assessing the mercury room if coming by public transport. You have to walk pass a swimming pool before coming to the ballroom, since its actually in another wing of the hotel.

Copthorne King's- Thanks to David for the introduction. He is very helpful to brief us although he is busy with tonight's wedding. Basically, all staffs there are very friendly.

There is no ballroom, they transform the restaurant to wedding banquet room. Not much changes to the restaurant "Tien Court", basically they only hang 12 pots of flowers at the ceiling. Add fresh flower display to the tables. According to David, if more than 20 tables, they will open up the whole restaurant (remove the divider but still there will be huge pillars in the room). Projection screens will be down to broadcast so those blocked by pillar will still see whats on stage. Stage is small. The whole place is very oriental. Yup red red red.
Reception area is quite small but never mind coz the whole area is yours! Hahahaha this is what we like most. You won't go to the wrong place coz that is the one and only. Although restaurant is small but very cozy.

RiverView- We decided to drop this idea coz the building and ballroom is very old.
Holiday Inn Atrium- Just across the road is Holiday Inn, pricing is quite reasonable. The lobby is much grand and sophisticated comparing to Furama Riverfront & Copthorne King's & RiverView.
We were escorted to the changi ballroom by the front office personnel. She told us that since she does not know much about wedding banquet but she can bring us to see the ballroom. Very easy to locate the ballroom. However if there are many weddings on the same day, the reception will be very crowded coz the ballrooms are lined. The front office personnel didn't give much infor so we just glance at the ballrooms and left.
