Yes, white gown selection are awesome. My coordinator saw that I didn't like any of the gowns on Level 3, so she went down to Level 2 to pick some evening gowns from there for me to try on too..

I signed up with them too.

We signed the deal on the request of a videography for our photoshoot which they agreed. The day before the photoshoot, the salesperson informed me that they videography would only be valid for the 1st 2 hours of the photoshoot.

Their white gown selection are nice but evening gown v limited. During the day of selection of gowns, the salesperson actually gave me a time limit from 1-4pm to select 5 gowns (indoor and outdoor) and told my boyfriend to come back another day for the fitting of his outfit.

There were 2 studios that they would use for the photoshoot but the salesperson did not even mention it to us till I heard that another couple were heading off to another studio only then we learnt that they have another studio for the photoshoot. When I asked her if we will be doing our photoshoot on the 3rd level (which kinda looked pretty old fashioned) and if there was another studio that we would be going. She replied that they have only one studio till I told her that I overheard that there is another studio available for photoshoot. Only then she said, "oh yes there's another. You want that studio? It's been fully booked for the day. "

Groom's suit selection was very limited, when he feedback that the suit and pants were too loose, their reply was, '"don't worry, it will not be obvious in the photographs". No alterations were done in advance, they just said don't worry, it will be in time, we can do the alterations on the actual day of the photoshoot when your bride is doing her make up. He ended up having to use his own shirts and pants for the photoshoot

The gowns are beautiful more on indoor studio photography and probably actual day. The dresser and the seamtress, photographer and videographer are helpful, polite and friendly whereas this salesperson Axx has shown that she doesn't treat her clients sincerely and has no proper respect and does not value feedback from customers. It was Pretty unpleasant dealing with her.

Can take the gowns from them if you really like the gowns as they are really nice and probably engage external photographers for photography..

The Addtional top up would be $80 for alteration per gown if you were to change your gown after you have selected them and they have altered it.
Eyelash, ampoule and hairdo for bride and ampoule for groom: $90 for day of photoshoot

    Digio bridal review

I spent just two weeks sourcing for bridal shops and checking with friends whom held their wedding and decided to narrow down to my Dream Wedding and Digio Bridal.

The quotation given by my Dream wedding and service received from them was pretty good but as they were unable to show me their latest collection then as it was not in yet hence I did not take up the package with them as I did not want to be in a situation whereby I am unable to choose a gown off the rack.

The following week, I went to Digio and the gowns on display on the first level look beautiful. Amy served me and after giving her my friends receipt number, she referred to their invoice book and then gave me the same but $600 dearer as she explained that my friend signed the package in 2010 and it has already been 2 years since. We did not negotiate on the price and asked for a videography for our Pre-wedding photoshoot

An appointment was made for a month later from the time we paid our deposit for us to select our gowns and suit and shirt. When we reached, Amy actually told me that she will give me 3 hours to choose my 5 gowns for the photoshoot and then told us to come back another day to select my fiance's suit and pants. She then assigned another lady to bring us around level 2, 3 and 4 to select the gowns for the indoor studio and outdoor shoot. Given our busy work schedule, I did not want to waste time coming back again, therefore I rushed through the entire try out session and did not even take pictures of the gowns selected. After selecting, they mentioned that any change in selection of gown will not be entertained.

The selection of suits for my fiancé were pretty limited and they did not seem to take the groom's interest into consideration. The shirts look worn and didn't look clean.

A month later after it was 3 days before the photoshoot, we went to try on the gowns and pants and then I realised that in my haste which was a dreadful mistake, I did not like the gowns. I was pretty upset with my decision & would really love to change just 1 or 2 the gowns. The staff told me that I would have to check with Amy. My Fiance's suit & pants seemed too loose for him & the length was too long for him and after he feedback to them, their reply was once again , "don't worry, it will not be obvious in the photos taken" & "don't worry we will alter it for you on the day of the photoshoot since your fiancee will be doing her make up on that day." We then headed down to level 1 and I decided to check with Amy if we were able to change just one of the gown. When I asked her if she could assist to change one of my gown, she actually pulled my hair which was tied in a ponytail and then said, " Aiya since we are so close I charge u $80 for alteration can Liao." It was purely a request from a customer to a salesperson. Was there even a need to pull my hair?

A day later she called me and said, " I have good news for you, I will throw in the gown that you wanted on top of your existing 5 gowns and then she continued, "could you confirm if you want the videography for your photoshoot or a photo montage." I told her a videography of the full day photoshoot which would start from 9am - 8pm was what we had requested from the start before we signed on the dotted line. She then agreed but added on that the videography would only be for the first 2 hours of our photoshoot. I then asked her was it not for the full photography session she replied flatly that it would be for the first 2 hours. I recalled seeing another couple preparing for their photoshoot and therafter heard that they were heading to another studio the day before when we were trying out our gowns and suits.. I decided to ask her which studio would we be using as the one that we saw on level 3 of digio was very old fashioned. She then said that the would be one which we saw in on level 3. When I asked if there was another studio, she said they only have one till I said that I saw another couple saying that they were heading to another studio yesterday, she then said, "oh yes, there is another." She paused and then said that it was fully booked for the day.

That night, my fiance and I were vexed. Our worse fears just unfounded one by one gradually.

Worried about the service that we would receive, about how the photos turned out, how the gowns would be & the weather as it had been raining all week.

Morning came and we went to the bridal shop without catching a wink. My make up artist started by asking me what kind of hairdo would I prefer. I showed him a few sample pics I took online and then he started to make up for me while my fiance changed and then remarked that the pants were still ill-fitting, he gave up giving them his feedback as they still said the same, won't look obvious in photos. He ended up using his own shirts and pants for the entire photoshoot. We paid the make up artist $90 for the eyelash, ampoule and hairdo. I felt that the make up too heavy for me which he then explained that it has to be for photo shoot and he would do up a natural make up for my actual day. Hairdo was not as per what I had shown and described to him but ok. He then left after we went for our outdoor shoot.

The photographer gave me the feeling like he just wanted to move on and get his job done. For eg, first when he asked me to sit on the chair, my body look very short in fact really too short as I was sitting too low downwards which he did not even ask me to adjust by sitting higher.

Next, We were standing side by side with a gap in between us, the gap was kinda wide which he did not ask us to stand closer.

And then I specifically wanted to take some bridal shots at the Arts museum entrance where you could take a pic of the building of the backdrop and the grass patch which would have look really nice. He ended the photoshoot at the Arts Museum until I told him that I would like to have a photo taken further front of the drop off point. He took a picture of us with a taxi that alighted some pasengers behind us and did not retake another photo.

The weather was warm and humid and not being able to catch a wink the whole night and the loads of hair spray which I was not used to was causing me immerse discomfort. My hair just felt so wire like and I was experiencing a very bad headache halfway the photo shoot. I then told my fiance and photographer that it was very uncomfortable and attempted to remove all the hairpins. Came 7pm, the photographer said it was time to pack up to head back to the bridal shop.

The moment we reached the bridal shop, Amy came up to me and pulled my ear saying that I threw tantrums during the photo shoot which I probably did but it was due to the discomfort and certainly wasn't projected on the photographer at all. Tired from the whold day event, I did not wish to explain nor argue with her. Amy then informed that she woud jump queue for us to select our photos the following week. We then left after returning our outfit.

The selection of photos was only arranged 3 weeks later at 6pm. I then called and checked with Amy if I could switch my tea dress for the actual day for my ROM date which was a month earlier than expected, she then replied that I would have to top up an addtional $300 for the gown. Oh well, I needed a gown isn't it, hence we went down to see if there was anything to my liking. I then told her not to be so touchy towards me the next time we meet not to pull my hair nor to pull my ear. Her reply was,"Oh I see that you look cute and small size like a little girl." So was that valid grounds to deserve such treatment from her?

I was shown a rack to choose my ROM gown from and I selected 2 gowns to try out and chose one within 10 mins as I wanted to get on to select our photos. She was not with us throughout the entire selection and when she came over almost an hour later. Her remarks were," I knew that you would definately select within the allowance of 40 photos, you will not take even an addional photo." which I just ignored her remark and continued going through the selection. In fact, when we had first glanced through, out of almost 286 photos we had selected only 35 photos. Had the photos turn out well, there might be possibility of us selecting more photos. How would you expect us to top up $75 for additional photo that we did not like.

Next while we were going through to confirm the photos selected, Amy came over again. This time round she pointed repeatedly on her watch and said in a very hostile manner Excuse me, mind you we are closing at 8pm. I looked at my watch and realised that it was 7.55pm. It was not like we were the last ones in the shop as there was another lady still trying out her gown behind the shop and we were not aware about the time that they close. Upset that she had rushed me previously when we were supposed to try out our outfit. I stood firm and then said I do not wish to do the selection in a hurry only to realise that we have selected wrong photos and who's fault will that be then and who's responsibility will that be till then. It would be too late. I decided to schedule another day for the selection of our photos.

She then proceeded to her invoice booklet and proceeded to add on the sum of $120 to be topped up for my ROM chiffon gown when I had already traded in my tea dress for my actual day and simply would not give in to waive nor negotiate the top up.

I probably still have 3 other sessions to select and try on our actual day outfit and going down to DIGIO is indeed dreadful as ever since we signed on the dotted line, we have to endure such customer service standard. I will update on my next session at Digio and would really like other BTB to be aware of such poor service attitude that you may receive even though you are a paying customer.

Hi bluetopaz, I am a Di Gio Bride to be as well as i signed because im attracted by the gown selection in the bridal. In fact, i went down twice to the bridal. First, i was served by Amy as well whom i feel she is relatively hostile to me and many times, i feel that she is just pushing her luck too much trying to close my deal in the shortest period which im very uncomfortable about it.

Head down the second time and i was served by QW and C whom are more friendly and give me all the time to try on alot of gowns prior signing of package. After which, i took 1 hr plus to nego for the ideal package and C gave in to me. Throughout the phone liaising with C, she managed to meet all my requirement.

So i feel perhaps Amy is the issue from the bridal.

May i ask who is ur PG?

Cheers, wedding is coming. Must be a pretty bride.

I didn't know there is another studio... when I have a look @ their studio I decide to choose all outdoor shoots hence I have to give up choosing some nice gowns as is meant for indoors usage.

    Hi Staywithme,
Thanks. U too! Be a pretty bride! =)

My friend had C as their coordinate and I also read on some positive reviews on Digio which was why decided to sign up without knowing that it would be such a terrible ordeal dealing with her. Which was y I feel that BTB should be mindful of who their coordinator is.

A wedding is a happy occasion and yet having to deal with such a difficult person makes the entire process unenjoyable. We tend to worry about what we would get and there wasn't more follow up done from her side.

The photographer's name is Sam. He was generally nice throughout the entire session of the photo shoot though I did feel that he was kinda rushing through the photoshoot.

Have you selected your gowns yet?

Meanwhile a Korean videographer took the video of our photo shoot and it turned out quite nice. We met him outside the day before our photo shoot while searching for venues for the photo shoot. Can request for him if you don't mind trying him out. =)

    Hi Steve,
from my experience, I would rather hire an external photographer and rent just the outfit which may be a hassle for some whom would prefer the convenience of package and package may be cheaper but with hidden cost. So long as you take the time to read and check around, might be able to have the idea of what you would need.
    For eg.
    Hand bouquet
    Car deco
    Album

As for the korean videographer, he is also a photographer. As the photoshoot did not turn out too well, the video actually turned out quite well as he was really meticulous during the shooting and with all the editing which he had done - we were impressed.
Cost of a videography should be at a range at $300-350.
Apologies for not being able to share the video though. But will be happy to share with you on other queries that you may have =)

I took up my AD wedding package from Digio too.. So far so good.. I have used my make-up trial for my solemnisation and did not have to top up for my dress for ROM.. However I do agree they do not have much choice for the groom as in compare to my pre-wedding bridal which they should improve on..

That's the thing. Since we are getting married for the first time, there are many things that we are not aware of and do not exactly know what to expect. Only after going through it and talking about it online, only then we may get the idea.

    Huh

I went to Digio today for the second time and seems like there's no luck. First time when I went there, the were not keen to entertain me perhaps because it was near closing time. I went there again today and the staff were having lunch and told me to wait for 15-20 mins before they will come over to serve me. Hmm.. I did a quick browse of their gowns and it seems pretty elegant but seems like there's not much selection? Or perhaps there are more gowns to that I saw at the ground floor?
