Do I need permission to use Southernmost Point for my very small/quick Solemnization?

Hi Everyone,
I'm sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but all the other threads I have read talk about weddings with many guests, a meal etc.

I am having to get married to my partner after 16 years living together, and 2 kids! It's a visa issue only as we're moving overseas and need to be married...

I have currently "booked" my Solemnizer to do the ceremony in my apartment, but I'm now thinking that will be quite miserable.

I love Palawan Beach and the Southermost Point of Asia island, and am thinking it would be nice to do it there.

The ceremony only takes 20 minutes, and we will only have our 2 witnesses, Solemnizer, and our 2 kids there. No meal or anything. If it rains, I'm thinking we can go under cover of the "lookout towers".

Does anyone know if I have to "book" the space - or can we just show up, find a quiet spot, and do it. It is on a Thursday, not a special date, 7pm. So beach should be empty anyway.

If I do have to book it, does anyone know the cost/contact details?

hi Shana02! uhm i think for weddings, small or big, you need to book the space where you want your wedding to take place. if i may ask, is Palawan Beach the one in the Philippines?

I believe shana is referring to the beach in Sentosa.

I think you might have to book and ask permission to conduct a solemnization no matter how small it is.

I think you need to ask for their permission just to make sure that they will not intrude the ceremony and you won't be reprimanded.
