and usually if it's during the so-called less popular month e.g hungry ghost festival, the banquet prices can go cheaper than usual as they need to pull in the customers who r not pantang

So long as the dates R okay and no clash with qin ming/hungry ghost...after that give the fsm on the date range so that the person can do some calculations

Not just issue abt dates in hungry ghost festival...u also need say 2weeks prior to wedding date to give out wedding cakes to ur relatives. Just for thoughts

Me n my fiancè was not a believer of good dates but since my MIL wants us to get it counted, we Google for a reputable geomancer n found long shifu. He's very old but very nice. Told us what needs to be done n what was unnecessary. Very funny old man as well. His charges was very transparent. He charged 120$ for wedding dates. He will also tell you your "ming" and if got bad things coming how to counter them.

I think to me it's worth the $120.
