Do we need to confirm the Venue (for outdoor ROM) when registering ROM date online?

Hello to all, was browsing through the venus for solemnization packages available and came across this site that could really helped me alot!

Me and my HTB are planning to get ROM this year, but according to the ROM site, are we suppose to confirm the venue(to ROM outdoor) upon registration of the ROM date? As I was thinking that to fix the date first and start to search for the venues available..

Anybody have any info about this??

This is needed as it will be printed on the Marriage cert.
For my ROM last Oct, we looked out for a date we wanted then followed by finding an outdoor venue. After that, we find a JP/solemniser and get his agreement.
By the way, the window opened for registration is only 3 months before the ROM date.
