Eco-friendly home flooring
Hello everybody!
I'm thinking of making use of an eco-friendly material for home flooring.
Have anybody here tried this? Is it nice and durable? what material did you use?

try bamboo.. it's very durable and can be painted with the color you prefer. And it's a grass as well, by using it you have save a number of trees. and also, it only requires minimal maintenance. .

A reclaimed hardwood, cork flooring, and linoleum. Cork and linoleum are fire retardant as well as water resistant. they are easy to maintain and very durable.

cork flooring is really attractive. however, you cant install them in the bathroom since they tend to absorb water. maybe use a different material for bathroom flooring.

Yeah, cork flooring works really well for eco-friendly materials. I think they have a more versatile substance for home decoration. Bamboo is really good too but it doesn't work as well as cork flooring.

Go for jute types or a fur materials to have your floor done. May be wood is also the right option but look for its durability and resistance to pests and insects.
