Talking about this, how does a 2 tick tap compare to 4 tick ones? I thought if I want, I can turn the tap lower to save water?

If you buy an air conditioner, don't buy the big one. Just select the proper size for the amount of space you have. And always choose an energy-efficient model. Btw, choosing an energy-efficient model applies to any home appliance you wish to buy.

use an eco shower head instead of an electric shower

switch to low-energy light bulbs, which are LED lights

and if you have an old fridge, replace them with energy-efficient models. an old fridge, and i mean like 10-year old, is said to use up to 3x more electricity than a new one

having big windows in your house can surely help you in saving energy since you won't need to use lights in the morning.
