Expected TOP in early 2014, when should I start planning?

Normally key collection would be months before expected TOP, when would be the best time to start planning? Should I arrange my wedding in 2013 or 2014?

you should get married in 2013. Give yourself some time before the key collection, and you need some rest time after the wedding also, it's very tiring!

i would prefer to get married in 2014, so that the flat would be here and we could live together already.
