This development is named Montreal Ville to reflect the village concept of its design. The layout of the residential blocks around a central landscape creates spaces for bonding and mingling, encouraging social interactions reminiscent of the kampong era. Practise line dancing or do some stretching exercises amid the greenery.


The façade design of Montreal Ville has sloping roof lines and vertical green stripes to create a distinctive pattern and identity for the development. The blocks are arranged at the periphery of the site to maximise views out to the surroundings.

Montreal Ville boasts a large landscaped area in the centre of the development. This area plays hosts to a wide range of recreational and communal activities. The kids can play at the playground, while adults and the elderly work out at the fitness stations designed for them. quite near the sembawang mrt station, any couples bidding?

this is the more affordable BTO among the rest. if looking for west location, Montreal ville is pretty good. I have many friends who stay in the west area and it's so convenient for them to go to good schools.

those units at the south will get a pretty nice view of the private properties there.

applied for montreal ville 4-room!

sigh prices are increasing lor..the BTOs few months ago 3rm only around 145-179k at placed like Segar Bukit Panjang which is a better location than Sembawang but this BTO 3 rm up to 191k.... i thought prices should be going down near the election =(

Prices increae but couples need houses to set up their family. Guess even if they increase the income ceiling, the houses are still expensive. :(

i think this area is nice. quite underdeveloped as of now. heard of plans to make an LRT line at that area? your BTO prices will go up by then once it's built haha.

I am new here, I have applied for the montreal ville's 4 Room too.
Anyone has queue num less then 200? Btw, the result is out and can check online thru www.hdb.gov.sg.

Tjchoo, I've got the # number and its below 200! First time applicant but the number don't seem good I feel. Any idea when is the selection date? I haven't receive the info boooklet yet!

Whitequeeniie, u are lucky to get below 200. Care to share what is your number range? :)
Mine # number is 237 lo. I also first timer and stay near parent. I calculated at most can get #7 floor and below only.
Btw, the viewing period is may/jun.
I will be calling on mon to check when will we be receiving the brochure.

Btw, you got plan to hunt for which blk?

18*. hehehe! Getting somehow excited. the information should be received very soon cos selection starts in may! Both of us stay in sembawang, thats why we chose here.

Looking at 592B & 592C! Not sure whether if its possible to get them though, aiming to get #12 and above, if not, i think we'll give up. :(

Btw u go calculate (queue #180/366)*24 units each floor = abt 11.8.
Which means top 12 level ppl will take if majority choosing high floor.

Whitequeeniie why do you need it to be at least 12th storey? it's my first time staying in a HDB if i get to select one here so im pretty noob. appreciate any advice given on selecting flats!
