Comparing the 3, I'd think Sheraton is a better choice in terms of food quality vs pricing. Pricing wise, all three hotels will be close so long you negotiate on your menus so for the 'almost same price' you are paying, you might want to consider Sheraton. It's not located near MRT but how big is Singapore? Just a taxi ride away Besides, I generally have a preference for Starwood group hotels as their staff is much more forthcoming and flexible which makes planning, negotiation and onsite logistics a breeze
thks all for your input. In end Sheraton ballrm are book on the special day (PH) thus left with no choice but go down swissotel/Fairmont and Regent. Ballrm is small for less than 25 tables (atrium) with weird blocked pillars but the bridal suit is really nice (extend 1 more nite for price of $700++ instead of usual $1400+) but the package is exp and do not have much freebies such as wine per table.
In end, chose Regent for the better value for $$ package with simple ballroom (decorated with Chandelier) that can host max 20 tables..
From experience, best is to go down and take look then see which one suit the couples best, in terms of value, ballroom, and the overall package.
yes, nw juz hope the close guests will be "automatic" enough to give the ang bao generously so that can break even of the cost...keeping finger cross nw.....

Price quote was b4 tax+GST which is why many pple still think 800-900 per table....
Please help to educate pple in Sg that hotel tables all cost above 1k range from 1.1-1.5k per table in total after factor in the taxes+GST.
Sure hoping to keep finger cross to break evenor lost ~20 per pax for ave of $120-150 per pax cost ....
