hi dear, saw them at hall 3 beside sitex yesterday. imo, their photoshoot pictures on their brochure did not look too appealing to me, although i guess it's because most of them are shot in singapore where the beaches are not very clean.. haha. i did not have time to talk to them, but i guess their expertise for photoshoots is in singapore based on what's said on their brochure.

I am their customer. So far their service is ok. Haven't really chosen my gowns yet. Have you taken up their package. FYI, I had a good deal with them at the Vivocity Oct 2010 Wedding & Travel Roadshow. Let me know if you need more info.

My package is a typical one, nothing special really. Just that the service rendered by the bridal consultant was really good and not pushy. I was even allowed to think for 1 day without paying any deposit before returning to the roadshow to sign up the next day. What's the package that they offer you? I actually did not think so much when signing up at "that" point of time. Now I started to really worry alot hearing alot of "funny" feedbacks about my bridal shop. Fingers really crossed now. I kinda upset and regretted but there is no turning back as I have paid for the whole bridal package. *Sobs* That's why I gave sincere feedbacks so that people will REALLY think twice before signing up. Always check before making a real decision, somemore a decision that costs me almost $4K makes my heart pain...argh!
oh dear, i understand how you feel. i put down a deposit for a taiwan wedding company which came to singapore for roadshow without going back to do my research first. sigh, came back and SO was not happy about it lol. thank you for helping out brides here.
did your SO know about the package and agree to it? If he did then it's good, because that's the most important thing, not to hurt your relationship because of this issue.any way, nowadays boutiques realize that brides go online and talk about them, so i feel that nowadays they are more aware of their service standard. don't worry too much about it, update us when you can too so we can advice if you need.

To really elaborate why my heart is feeling so pain is because:
1. Gown selections are so limited (only a few pcs in the whole shop)
2. Gowns in the shop are either torn laces, crystal beads came off, stained badly, discolourisation and not properly well taken care of
3. Evening gowns selections are so very limited
Can anyone in this forum tell me which lucky bride has ever met with such terrible issues? Sobs...really sobs! Tell me what to do now?! Haiz..feel like signing up a new package from another bridal shop but have no money to spend further!

hi poshberries, thanks for elaborating. from what you said, i suppose you visited the shop only after you signed up with them during roadshow? I've heard of some brides who actually bought another package too, but v painful la. What does your fiance feel about it?

Hi, i just signed with them too. Why your package is $4k? U pay full amount in cash? I signed during a fair and i also never see their gown. I worry at first and saw some negative feedback on forum, which make me took leave and visit them the next day. But when i was there, e designer was not as what was written on some forum, example hack-care since already sign package or proud. Did you take a walk to take a look inside? There are still gowns inside after the changing area. The gowns seems ok for me maybe different people have different view la.

Dolldoll, did you sign up with instalments or pay a minimum deposit only? Mine was via instalments but it considered as full payment because the bank will pay the bridal shop in full, then we pay back the bank via instalments. Well, so how's your experience with them? I didn't know you also never visit their shop prior to confirm the package with them in the roadshow. Same as my situation. Yes, I went in to the shop and see, it was a small shophouse, with very limited gowns. Did you see something that was pleasant to your eyes? Let me know. Thanks!

Up to date, I have received 8 feedbacks and all were given very bad remarks.
I think different people have different view and expect different things. If u really feel no secure due to bad feedback then u may want to look else where. For me n my friend we were ok with the service and e gowns were ok.discolor could be see wrongly cause some of e gown were peal white Colour. My friend was there yesterday n the shop was pack since e shop quite small. I also installment plan.

oh dear. Btw how does your fiance feel about it? Did he give any suggestions? It's good to have your man's support, I'm sure he wouldn't want to see you sad about it either..

Nope. I really see it very clearly with my own eyes. I even asked my bf to come & take a look for himself personally. Both of us were stunned but we did not complain anything or make any fuss about it. We just went off.
i was tempted at first to sign feline wedding during the sitex fair last year..as their album was unique ones.. but i drop the idea as my and my boy do not have enough cash and we said we will be back the next day..then next day afternoon the person kept calling my boy's phone more than 10 times continuously i think but my boy didn't ans. that's scary. after that case we went to suntec bridal fair in 31jan2010.. feline bridal person ask us to take a look. so we go over. the consultant first ask us any plans as usual, but we keep say no plans yet. then she go on asking how old are we. after hearing our age she loss all the interest in us as the potential customer and start 'giving us a lesson' like, 'you all can support yourself? need parent to help right? have enough money?' to brush us off. i straight away turn off after that. she say finish her lines and off we go. that's my personal encounter.

Hi xiaoyan, thks for replying piggyval and me. I was really surprised by how Feline's staff treated you. May I know who was the person who approached you at the suntec bridal fair? Pls kindly let me know as I am curious who was so persuasive? Anyway, have you sign up with any bridal shop then? If yes, I wish you have a good bridal package and a wonderful time. If no, I recommend you to go have a look at the La Belle Couture located in the stretch of Tanjong Pagar. I found that their service is good and the gowns are very nice and well-maintained. That's the reason I even brought 2 friends to sign up with them. In fact, I have another 3 friends whom I knew already sign up with La Belle and they were the ones who recommend it to us. You can look for Lingzhi, Peiru or Jinni if you need any help. Hope this helps. Thanks!
thanks i got myself a right bridal shop already. i cant remember them but i know sitex one is a guy and suntec one is a female. i was seriously turn off. i mean its like young cannot married? if she really assume we cant afford any package also cant straight smack at the customer's face i guess? i was so disappointed with their service. how's you and piggyval's experience? going well? i hope its going well for you all. bad experience for me cause this is the first bridal shop i approached but hais, very disappointed.
