Hi,

Is there anyone who has signed up Feline Pre-Wedding and Actual Day Packages....

Can anyone share with me their pre-wedding photo and actual day experience... I actually have signed up for their pre-wedding and actual day photo packages... after seeing so many negative feedback and my own experience... i actually start to feel very very regret and disappointed.

airmj:
not sure why u said their gowns is pretty old though... i tot its quite new... but the place is rather small lah so the gowns is pretty packed...
as for guys wise, i did manage to get 2-3 suits despite my shoulder width and size lol ...

Jeremy:

the negative experience.

1. I already call up to make appointment before hand with Rachel, i told her i would like to take a look at the actual grown and look at the photographer works. She told me she will look for my record and jot down my appointment, on that day when i go down she said she does not remember she talk to me before and she nvr take down my appointment.

2. I need to wait for more than 5 months for the particular photographer i choose due to tight schedule of the photographer.

3. she said 2 two before the pre wedding shot than come and choose the growns. To me it seem like customer can choose the gowns so easily to her. i wondering does she know this is once a life time event and i believe no BTB can choose so fast.

We had the same experience with them, forgetting customer appointments and sorts. The second part on pushing the date for fitting at late as possible is so that they have more suits and gowns to rent out. If you had went down to pick your gowns and suits 1 month before, then they will be stuck with at least 4-5 pieces that can't be used by others for 1 month.

So from a totally businesses perspective it makes sense. They just forgot the point that yes, it is a once in a life time event for us, the customers, that are paying a lot of money for their help to make it work.

Here's a tip, insist on trying your suits and gowns 2-3 weeks before, not matter what nonsense they say, because when we went down on our first fitting, most of the nice gowns had been rented out. And on the 2nd time we came back more dresses were back from the dry cleaners, so it's kind of a hit or miss situation. Which made us even more irritated.

Should we report to CASE - write a petition or something?

Try this bridal shop at your own risk!

We had a very bad experience with them, in term of services. Firstly, they only have one and only designer (she is also the boss), so just imagine for yourselves the rest of the story. She won't be the person serving you, other staffs such as make up artists (who don't have designer background) will be serving you... And you will be left with whole rack of gowns to choose (with no professional advice from a designer), yes you choose from the rack and whatever is available only.

Secondly, the sales staff who are selling you the package during the roadshow, they are just freelance or part time sales executive, you won't be seeing them anymore when you go down to the bridal shop for your photoshoot and gown selection.

Thirdly, one very vivid recent incident (June 2012): when we went down to select our gowns for the actual day, we were served by an unknown new staff who we had never seen before. The lady who used to serve us (for photoshoot gown selection), was no longer there. This unknown staff, above 50, is neither the designer nor the makeup artist, seriously we really don't know what her position, not until today. She was the one serving us. My fiancée was interested in a particular gown and asked for help. Can you imagine what she did as a service staff? She just literally passed the heavy and bulky gown to my fiancée and we have to carry it all the to back of changing room ourselves, while she walked to the back and chatted with her colleague. It was really hilarious. This kind of service, we rated it 1/5... One point for the effort of taking the gown down for us.

Lastly, we are expected to pay off the full balance (we already paid 70% of deposit), even when the rightful service is not half delivered to us; we have not seen our design layout for our album and our actual day gown have not been selected, not even one piece, with that kind of awful service. Sigh, we are really at lost now. The service standard was so bad and our experience was worse. We can't imagine the worst case scenario when we pay full balance, will the service be worse?

Please give us advice on what we can do from now. Thanks a million all.

p/s: In addition to all that, they always advise us to choose our gowns nearer to the Actual Day (1 month????!!!??) Is it enough??? ITS ONCe IN A LIFETIME THING, and we need to rush through our decision on their rack? Giving the reason "we will have newer designs then" cmon how long do we take to make a new gown? newer designs? From last year until this year maybe at most 2-3 new gowns? Do they really suit our tastes? So all FELINE brides have to fight over that 2-3 new gowns when the date is near?

Photographers: 1. One very good one left (those photos that u all see) - now a freelance photographer
2. Ong - not bad, he was the one who took for us if u like "posey" and "natural" shots, but he only has some poses, not very creative in posing, so u have to crack ur brain and tell him what u want, he quite compromising.

MUA cum Coordinator: 1. Lily - not bad & helpful (but she is not designer thus no professional comment will be available)
2. You You - not bad & helpful (but she is not designer thus no professional comment will be available)
p/s: hope they dont quit any sooner

ONLY Designer cum Boss: Rachel - Pray hard she doesnt serve you LOL, most of the time she wont, but when she is ard all the employeesss seem very restricted and less compromising

Photoeditor design layout: Leonard - not a bad guy, quite nice when "R" is not around. Be stringent when you select your photo, u will find out what u sign in the contract is actually smaller measurement, different from the one they show at the roadshow by those freelance or parttime sales executive

Dont know what her position: Fang Jie - tough character to handle too, my fiancee got it once for her, she just passed her the heavy and bulky gown and expect us to bring into changing room ourselves - service standard 1 out 5 stars. GINA is 100 times better, but she left :(

Did you all pay off the balance when selecting photos?

Is it written in the contract that we need to settle off the remaining balance when selecting photos? When most of thjings are not delivered yet. such as: design layout, albums, etc and even actual day wedding and evening gowns?

We just think is not right, how can just insist customer to pay ur remaining balance (which is abt 30% left), when half of ur services have not been delivered yet, we just need a sense of security, what if you dont deliver well enough like those bad comment, feedback and experience we have heard?

The reason they gave: "It is company policy" cos we have to pay for printing *sweats.
They mean their company do not have enough cash flow? they need to that last 30% from us to tide over?

Please advise :)
