Hi Ionicbeam, how's the photoshoot encounter with feline? Everything went as per planned? Did they inform you the shooting date with you way in advance?

Disappointing!!!

My experience with Feline Bridal was horrible. To begin with, I was asked to always make appointments on a weekday so as to avoid the crowd and all but when I was there I had to wait at from 30 minutes to an hour before it was my turn.

On the day of the pre-wedding studio shots, I specifically asked for less unnatural smiling photographs, but still, our photographer Gary still insisted on the goofy mad smiling shots.

During the outdoor shots, brides have to be aware that the MUA from Feline does not follow you outdoor. Your makeup is done and that's it! You might sweat like a dog and all but your makeup will not be touched up. It will appear like as it is on the photograph despite the photographer claiming how much they would be able to Photoshop it away.

The photographs for selection were super badly edited. It looks like an oil painting, really fake. It is like as though the two of us were Photoshop and edited into the scene. When we told them we could only select a few because we refused to pick the 'oil paintings' of ourselves, they told us that they would not be able to make it into an album because they would need at least 60 photographs for an album. We were not informed before hand that that is the minimum number of photographs for an album. In the end, we had to pick the 'oil paintings' and pay for an additional 30 photographs.

My actual day fitting was equally horrible, there were 4 other couples trying to find their gown and we has to rotate for the two changing rooms.

I had a really hard time deciding on the gown, there were to many people, the bridal helpers were too pissed to attend to so many of us at a time and it was really stuffy.

The boss then came to me, knowing that I was really upset, saying that she could fix this particular plain gown which has this cut that I really love. I then left.

On the day of AD gown collection, I came back thinking it was a COME, COLLECT and GO. To my horror it was not the case. When I tried to fit the gown once again, I realize the torn part of the gown is still TORN. When I questioned them, they simply brushed it off saying, "Oh, we glued it back already, just that glue is sometimes like that, it will not stay."

I was furious ! How can they even try to smoke me with a torn dress! I demanded the boss to fix the dress on the spot.

For the AD, the MUA told us that the price for make up for my mother and MIL was 100 each, makeup and hairdo. And she was supposed to ensure that their makeup as well as mine would be done to by 7 pm so as to welcome come of the guest (requested before hand).

The MUA did not plan enough time and I had to wait till 645 before she could start my makeup. My morning makeup started at 6 pm which I had to pay for an additional hour because she has to start an hour earlier to have enough time to finish, make up took 1.5 hours. For my night makeup and hairdo, she started at 645 but was done by 730. She rushed through my makeup, my hair and I had to edited it on my own because she was rushing to leave.

Before she left, on the initial agreed payment, she told me that I had to pay another 50 more because she applied ampule on my mothers. When I asked my mothers if they had requested on it, they said, they were not told on what was applied, the MUA just decides on her own that they would need them.

I strongly discourage anyone to sign with them. :thumbdn:
