Went to a banquet at fullerton in 2009 or 2010, can't remember the year.
Service wise is good, its one to one table.
Waiter actually divide the food into equal share to serve everyone indivdually.
As for food quality, not good at all. Everyone was commenting on that.

I went for a friends wedding in Fullerton around 2006.. I remember the food was pretty good... but I guess their standard might have dropped.

A friend of mine held her wedding in Fullerton last month, feedback from her was superb.. Service, food, room, etc, everything is good.. However, bear in mind they are pretty strict with their perks.. On the other hand, they only need $5k deposit, afterwhich you will settle the final bill on the wedding night after the dinner ended.. I guess this is rather a good news for some cos they can use their ang pow to settle the bill? Most hotels need 50% payment 1 month (or 1 week, can't really remember) before the wedding day?

me too, just attended my friend's wedding at Fullerton. Their food is good.
