Fullerton Hotel Bride or Groom to be
Any Fullerton BTB or GTB around?
I signed my package last year for AD end of this year, account was managed by Ignatius and received an email from him 2 weeks ago that he is leaving the hotel and handing the account over to Angelina..
This morning, I received an email from Angelina saying that she is also leaving in 3 weeks' time.. New Sales Manager will be onboard only in mid June..
Pretty worried over the turnaround over such a short period for both Catering Sales Manager and Assistant Catering Sales Manager.. Anyone facing this issue as well?

honestly the hotel industry faces a high turnaround rate for staff. i enquiried with a few hotels last november and now when i enquired for a meeting, the catering manager changed. not exclusive to fullerton hotel imo. now is april, many hotel staff just took their bonus for last year and now is a good time to shift around haha.

apart from the staff, what has the fullerton experience been like? We are thinking it will be a nice venue

Thanks dinobaby for sharing! I'm not from the hotel industry and got no idea about it! But I was puzzled when I saw the email this morning, one after another, and both are higher management staffs! At least I am feeling better now! =)

trxter, I have not attend any wedding in Fullerton but saw pictures and asked for reviews from a few, all turn out to be good.. Very nice bridal suite room as well as ballroom for the banquet.. Food is good and they serve individual portion, but heard they will rush to serve towards the end and clear away the previous dish, which is not good.. I guess will have to highlight to the wedding coordinator during the meet-up for finalization of stuff..
Other than that, they are pretty strict with the package they offered.. Not much room for negotiation compared to other hotels.. Did my research online and most got the basic and also commented the same thing.. Basic are for example corkage waiver for xx bottles, complimentary printing of insert for invitation cards, increase percentage for invitation and carpark coupons.. I managed to secure an anniversary dinner but not an anniversary stay.. Haha!

Hi Fullerton couples, I am going to book straits room for the wedding event. Just wondering how much flexibility does the florist exercise in terms of wedding deco (for example stage back drop, table deco, arches)? I don't really like the themes that the coordinator showed me therefore I am thinking of creating my own theme! TIA

hi yings8,
I think they have an in-house florist, but i'm not sure how flexible they are.. Probably you can check before booking to make sure its the one you like?

The fullerton hotel
I'm planning on placing my wedding banquet in the Fullerton Hotel on year 2013. Have anyone had their wedding there before? Please share your experiences and advices.
It will also be great if someone could provide me a price list of the banquet packages for year 2013.
Thanks!
