Hi jwjw, I am facing the same issue as you! I am pretty worried about the changes too... When's your wedding and which ballroom are you using?

usually the package includes floral decor already, if you get your own they wont discount much for you because they get bulk rate for the floral decors. plus you'll be paying normal price for your own custom floral decor, so that's 2x cost. but if that's what you want for your wedding, then it's your call.

    Hi yings8
I have booked the Straits Room for my wedding. They might have some new themes for year 2013 if your wedding falls in 2013. =)

Standalone parking and Raffles MRT station is about 5 minutes walk. I've been there on many occasions and have not experienced parking issues.

    Service (during banquet):
Prompt! Personally, I feel that the Fullerton Hotel is among one of the better ones when it comes to actual day operations.

    Food:
So far, no complains! I've eaten at the dinner on quite a number of occasions and by far, it has never been disappointing.

    Jade at The Fullerton

    Hi everyone,

First of all, I'm sorry there is a similar thread - I couldn't find it.

Does anyone have any experience to share on Jade at The Fullerton? I have been there for their dim sum buffet and find the place good for a intimate wedding. The food is not bad too.

    TIA.

For me, Fullerton is better. They have superb food and great customer service. The guests were pretty satisfied.

i think it depends on the number of people and the package that you would want to avail from them. the perks would also be a different matter. so it's best that you give specific details about how your wedding will be.

I have spoke to their in-hse florist, mirage flowers. Apparently they dun have much portfolios to show and she said if I want to replace certain deco for something else, it will not be of an equal value. They don't seem very flexible to me.... But bcos my wedding is march 2014, I have not finalise with them on the decos yet.

Can you share with me your experience too?
