Did anyone have Veron as a co-ordinator? Any reviews?
I went to try out few of their gowns today and they are really pretty! Veron served me and quoted me a package. She's nice and friendly. Really thinking of considering to sign a package with them.
Anyone can share their package wit me?
My email is winter_snow_sy@hotmail.com
Thanks!

Bad experiences at GHA.
Dear all,
We just want to create awareness and share our experience.
We are extremely upset and frustrated with GHA. Really regretted deeply signing up a package with them. Strongly advise those who are considering signing up with them to think twice, research and read more reviews from other forums as well. They really destroy what should have been a wonderful wedding experience for us.
1) They are dishonest. Original package quoted by them was $3688. With AD package (photography and videography) quoted was $5288. When we decided to forgo their AD package, they were only willing to deduct $1200 instead of $1600 their reason being that it was already a discounted package. Now our package price becomes $4088 instead of $3688. Feel so cheated by them.
2) They have very lousy attitude towards us. Raise their voices at us. Make snide remarks about us. Tell HTB that they have a very bad impression of him for no reason. Take the wrong measurements and claimed that I put on weight. Shouted at me "You better go and lose some weight" When HTB was choosing ROM suit, the consultant told him to choose those that require no alteration cos they don't want the addition trouble of altering the clothes for him.
3)We find them unreasonable. Demanded that we pay full amount for the additional photos that we wanted to top up even before we view the designer layout. We enquired whether they would be willing to edit for us if we are not happy after we viewed our layout. The in charge told us they will only edit for us if they find our request reasonable. We refused to pay because they can always use the excuse that our requests are not reasonable and hence be reluctant to edit for us when we view the layout later.
Lastly, they will not give the designer layout in softcopy. They will only give back the softcopy of selected photos.

GHA is a locally owned company. Both shareholders are Singaporeans. Most of their staff are Malaysians. Luckystart is not the only one who got burned by them and feel like they are "at their mercy". They ruined my whole wedding experience and AD. Terrible and dishonest way to conduct business. Seems like the management condone lying, passing snide remarks and shouting at customers as I experienced this first hand from them as well. Please do not share the same fate as me and have your wedding day ruined by them with shattered memories to remember your day by.

@Net: the coordinator is the person you bought the package from. I think you need to calculate the amount of deposit to be paid each time before you go to the bridal shop. Cos after we paid our 2nd instalment we realised that we paid more than what we need to pay. Our coordinator ask us to pay an amt in access of what we need to pay. I think it is better to choose your gowns for your AD earlier so that you can have more choices.
When we went to choose our ROM suit and dress, almost everything was locked by others (not sure whether they are lying) except for those that are worn out and yellowish or threads coming off type. So we chose the AD suits and gowns abt 4mths b4. If you cannot find anything that you like, go back another day cos some of the gowns might be loan out.
