Are hdb flats still affordable?

opinions? i feel that the punggol ones are not value for money because resale ones around the area are also fetching the same price!

humm the new flats may cost the same but there less maintenance problem as compare to old flats.

no point talking about it as hdb has set the price for the new flats.
If you do want it there are many takers for the flats
