Help: Catholic & Chinese Wedding??

Hi all,

I need help.

I am not sure if having a catholic church wedding, do we still have chinese gate crushing? I thought the bride is suppose to ownself turn up in the church?

So how are we going to join both western and eastern wedding? It feels weird to split 2 separete day and me and my HTB would like to get very thing done in 1 day.

Gate crushing, church wedding & chinese dinner.

Does anybody know the norm & process of doing things? are we suppose to let go gate crushing?

Hi,
if you like to have a church wedding, my understanding both have to attend classes to convert. Sharing for my sis wedding recently this year, gate crush,following by church wedding and chinese dinner..all on same day but must have gd timing.

Gate crash + Visiting both family: 7~10am
Church wedding 11~2pm
Chinese dinner: 7~11pm..

No hard and fast rule.just have to compromise..

If you want to have a church wedding, then there is no need to do gatecrashing.

i think you should really choose the kind of wedding that you really want. we chose a catholic/church wedding and we didn't do any gate crashing too.
