Hotel coordinator unwilling to meet on weekends and weekdays after 6pm
I would just like to find out what is the norm as, I have been trying to fix a meeting with the coordinator on weekends or 6.30pm on weekdays but to no avail.
"The coming weekends is too tight for us"
"I have an appointment/commitment from 6pm" etc.
I am worried if I confirm the venue with her and she is inflexible and all, it will not be a pleasant experience working with her for my wedding.
Can you ladies tell me your experiences? How has it been for you? So that I can adjust my expectations accordingly.
Thanks!

If you're uncomfortable working with her as early as now, expect more inconveniences with her in the future. I suggest look for a more accommodating wedding planner.

Look for a planner who can work with you when you need them. It is your event, not theirs.

thats a waste of time especially if your wedding is too soon.

hmmm... maybe the wedding planner is busy with other couples who are about to get married.
