Yes, I need help too. Why is it some have 8-course while others have 9-course. I thought standard is 9-course?

    Hi Seeker0977 & KennethTay2006

You may like to visit the below URL to download hote banquet price list:

There is no why about 8 or 9 course. It depends on your preference. Do note that nearer to the last few dishes, I guess you will feel full after you come to the last 2nd dish - Noodle or Rice. Hence, I think 8 course should be enough. ^^

Yo try Concorde Hotel Singapore because the location is very convenient, it is very near to either Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut MRT which really ease your guests from attending or going back home after the dinner. Most importantly, the ballroom is totally Pillar-less (this is what most couples are looking for), can accomodate up to max 50 tables, their service is good and the prices is very affordable (even including weekends package). Try to look for Alice or Valerie if you need contact them. FYI, I have already booked mine with them and I am happy that I have chosen this excellent venue for my wedding this year. Hope this helps. Thanks!

what is the date(s) that you r looking at 'cause 2012 is already almost half gone
most hotels would and should be open to take bookings for 2013...minus off the qing ming and hungry ghost festival period...that's 2 months gone off the lunar calendar for planning of the dates...

if the dates u r looking @ happen to be those on the likes of PH, dates with special / significant numbers e.g 12/12/12, be prepared to fork out extra

I think one of the best hotels that has a good wedding venue is fullerton singapore. I saw one of their wedding brochures and the place is simply elegant and very classy.

Agree. But their min table requirement for weekend dinner is 35 tables and not negotiable. I like that place a lot but unable to meet the table requirement.

I feel Conrad is quite nice. Their maximum number of tables is 35.
