Hotel options if no minimum of 250pax?

hi all...

am doing my research for possible hotel venues to shortlist.. but realise many have a min. no. of tables for wkend bookings.. me n SO dun have many friends and relatives to invite.. likely 20 to 23 tables max.. what are some options we can consider for hotels? so far I only saw Legends @ Fort Canning and Crowne Plaza.. Would love to consider Carlton or Rasa Sentosa but min. of 25/28 tables required...

There are quite a few hotels who has both big & small ballrooms. Thus their smaller ballroom usually only required min. of ranging between 10tables to 25tables.

The few that i can recall:
1) Crowne Plaza
2) Changi Village
3) Fairmont
4) Goodwood park
5) Four season
6) The Regent
7) Mandarin Orchard
8) Marina Mandarin
9) Grand Copthorne Waterfront

try Sheraton Towers. Their ballroom with high ceiling with max of 21 tables. Should you have more than 21 tables, they will open up another ballroom with lower ceiling.
