How many times did you apply for BTO before getting it?

mine is dawson bto1 year has passed and still not much progress..sigh...structure not there..but price is exp..2015 is indeed a long wait and renting a flat is not cheap..

i think we're really lucky to got it on our 1st try with a quite good number 99.. got the block & exact unit we wanted! and it was just few street away from parent home.. very lucky!

Wag so good.... I tried balloting for many times already... Din get a queue number till today ... Some more now they going to review the income ceiling, I think it will be harder to get a queue number now... I'm quite interested in applying for a flat at a mature estate but I the chance of getting these flats in the area should be extremely low, given the high demand ... Anyone managed to get a good queue number in the projects at mature estates?????

I think sure got people who are more lucky than others.. People who tried first time and get a queue no. for a matured estate... Then flip side, there will be people who tried more than 5 times also get nothing...

my bf and i tried the May-11 BTO. gotten a Q number which exceed the no. of flats supplied but within 300%. we even got a date to go down to book the flat. however, we forgo the chance as we had a good Q number in Jul-11 BTO. very happy to have alrd booked the unit of our choice. now waiting to sign the lease of agreement!

That bad huh? I just helped my mum to apply for the latest SA in Sep BTO under Punggol Waterway Brooks.. Am hoping she can get a decent queue no. so that she can stay near me in future... ;)
