    Anyone has good ID to recommend?
    What is the price for ID for a 4 room flat?

    My friend paid $23k including hacking one room to convert into walk in wardrobe. I think if you have budget contrains, and tell the designer, a good one will give you recommendations to save money, or use other cheaper, and quality ways to help you to get the feel of the place.

    I must agree with zyroo It's best that you tell your ID that you have set a limited budget. In such way, he/she will think of alternative ways or ideas to help you save money but you get your desired results. They are experts in designing and budgeting, I suppose

    i think it's $40-50k, just set that budget. anyway it will still depend on the extent of the renovation. but just set that price on your mind for you to be ready.

    my budget is $50k, try to save if you can, like bringing over furniture from old home.
