rasa sentosa & capella sentosa is the best of the best. Dont think anyone would agree with me on that.

have you checked alkaff mansion? the venue is mesmerizing... I like the ancient feel of the place.. ideal for traditional themed wedding.

if you want a hotel venue, you might want to check out fullerton hotel. the place gives off a classy ambiance and the area is vast.

what kind of rom are you gonna do? for me, i'd choose a rom in a hotel. but if you only have small guests for the rom then maybe doing it in a resto would also be fine
