Any cheap and nice location for solemnization?

What's your critieria? For how many pax? Indoor or outdoor? Budget?

1) Coffee shop ( Friend married a coffee shop owner)
2) At Changi Beach ( near Changi Hospital, Ekk)
3) Jurong Hill ( Nice view of Jurong Island )
4) At playground ( couple had their first meeting there)
5) St John Island ( couple had their first kiss there)
6) On top of a open air bus ( yup they are unique)
