    Thumbsup lunch banquet schedule

    Hi All,

We are planning to do a lunch banquet but not sure if time will be an issue. We will also be doing our solemnisation at the hotel. Can anyone share their schedule with us?
Also, would buffet at home be necessary?

    Thanks!

    Hi Gillian

This is what you can do:-

    1. Do not require buffet but do provide light snacks for breakfast if the relatives are coming too early
    2. To reduce budget, if you can have the tea ceremony altogether in the hotel, that will be easier for you.
    3. Solemnization on stage after first march-in, in this case no need to cater additional time for ROM ceremony before that, which might incur additional venue, F&B charges.

Hi fatfat89, thanks for the advice! We met a banquet coordinator today and she roughly explained the schedule to us - seemed a bit rush. Still sourcing for hotels, if the dinner package meets our budget, we'll take it ;)
