in malaysia for the chinese i believe it's about the same, hotels and restaurants. if you know of malaysia friends it's better, they can recommend. :

if you are based in singapore, the coordination is a trauma to go through, you hav to go to your location to coordinate many things. unless you have a wedding planner there then it will be more ok.
