Experience with NAZA was bad. Their service seems to be very good at first. But when u are there, the gowns for outdoor shoots are so limited and it is a pain to make do with smth u think are not the best for u. Also, at the time of adding photos, they have no room of negotiation but can give u alot of free gifts but those are just frames frames and more frames. They will just pushing u to take and make u to add a few hundreds more to get a better album. Then when u are back in singapore, replying to emails are slow. They promised to help us bring the photo album to singapore if they have roadshow, and when i question them thru email they just said not convenient even though the album is ready and have roadshow in Singapore and i am forced to pay the money for courier service. They even say that it's not written on the invoice so cant help us. The worst thing of all is they ask u to add alot of photos then in the end there is a recommended limit of the number of pages and u only know when u are back in Singapore. Dont make sense right? The limit is due to the integrity of the album. But i go ahead and go beyond their recommended anyway. I strongly recommend brides to think twice before signing!

I think u r trying to mean hardselling ?
I ever thought of that, but i guess its normal ?
i never thot of asking them to bring back my album. paying for the courier would be safer. no excuses.

but since u added the photos and " go beyond their recommended anyway" i guess the pictures are nice ?

My experience with Naza is very positive! I just came back from Taiwan after the photoshoot. To be honest I was quite skeptical about Naza before flying there as I was unable to find much reviews on Naza on the Net. I frequently exchanged emails with my co-ordinator (小米) in Taiwan and her replies were quite fast.

On the 1st day when I had to choose the gowns, I was quite happy with the range of gowns available, I even managed to choose 2 new gowns which hasn't been worn before by others! The staff who were there (小鱼&凯云) to assist me were also very helpful and patient with me. I like it that they let you choose the gowns using the computer as I can see how the gown looks like when worn on a person.
After the gown choosing, the photographer in charge of my shoot (君川) sat down and discussed our photoshoot itinerary with us. On 1st impression she seems quite cool and quiet, so I was thinking how can she make me laugh naturally on the day of photoshoot.

The makeup artist (菲菲) arrived exactly at 8am sharp to do my makeup. I love all 6 looks that she created for me! Very pleased with her. The makeup done was very natural, and she took note of my request to do braids for my hair. I also love the overall combination of my whole entourage, which includes the driver, makeup artist, photographer and assistant (小杰)! They are all so comfortable around one another, always cracking jokes and teasing one another. Totally love their chemistry! They also made sure that htb and I were well fed throughout the whole process. Before I flew to Taiwan, my friends were telling me how tiring the whole photoshoot was and that they were so hungry as they were rushing from place to place with no time to eat. I'm so glad I did not experience any of this. The pace was relaxed, and even htb who did not like to be photographed also enjoyed himself! Oh, and the photographer was the exact opposite of what I thought of her! She's totally crazy and hilarious! And not forgetting, her photography skills are superb! Bought more photos than we wanted in the end.

Overall, I did not regret signing the package with Naza and even made friends with my makeup artist and photographer! The service and warm hospitality are totally thumbs up! I'm a very satisfied customer of Naza! =) Cheers!

P/S: I'm not a staff of Naza nor affliated with them in any way, just want to share my experience with others! =) Naza really has too little reviews..

Hihi all brides to be.. i went for PS wit naza last year Apr. I gonna receive my album and my AD gown in 2 days time.. super excited hehe.. wanna share some of my experience wit u all.. it was overall a great trip to taiwan wit naza. they r very welcoming and friendly! love them hehe.. even welcome us wit their local delicacies.. :) em.. coordinator (xiao mi) are very helpful n sweet.. the 2 ladies tat help me choosing gown are very patient as in i have difficulties in making decision. they gave me honest comments. although i adi prebook a few gowns b4 i go to tw yet it is still very hard to choose the remaining haha the photographer (ah you) is pro n cheerful. but i dun really happy wit my mua, "sin yee", forgot the pronunciation. she is not attentive n caring enough. she is playing wit her hp when im having ps aiks.. my hubby "front hair" kept dropping.. but she still dun bother much. but she still done a good job in hairstyling.. ohya, gals if u wan to wear accessories, pls remind them or dare to voice up.. if not they will assume u like "natural " look... :) i only hv 2 set jeweleries for 2 gowns out of 6 gowns. i voice up end of the day.. it wun look very nice if u r taking close up pic.. look "empty"..
i really wanna praise xiao mee for her effort even after my PS. she still very friendly in liaising wit me and packing all the stuff to send to sg :)
i would recommend BTB to naza.. forget to mention they lots of gowns selection n they r all very pretty wit train <3
hv fun gals taking pic n it is not tiring at all for me coz it is so FUN! thxs to the friendly n cheerful team fr naza..

I agree totally with Deonne. I have the same team as her except the assistant to the photographer, mine was guan tou.

The service was superb and it's so unfair they do not have much reviews. All of them are very helpful and friendly. We love the photos taken by jun chuan. The only thing that we are unhappy about was the groom's suits. Choice was so limited, should have brought more shirts.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the services and enjoyed the experience.

Hi , Berlinda, I intending to take up the Naza package. But I heard alot ppl saying that their photos is not that clear as others. May I have a look of your wedding photos as reference? May I have your recommendations on MUA, and photographers as well?

Besides, I read some blog said that the gown also limited chosen, is that real? if we choose the latest or newest design gown we will have to pay for additional charge. They even said that the gown is not that nice too. I need to take it into my consideration and hope can get your advice. Thank you very much Berlinda.

Hi Deonne, may I have your wedding photos as references? because I read some blogs said that their photoshooting is not up to the skills, and the photos turn out to be very blurry , as not as sharp and resolution as other bridal shop.

Do you need to pay additional charge for choosing the newest or latest gown? May I have your recommendations on MUA and their photographers? Thank you for your advice. :)
