Need help on planning HEN PARTY

    Hi girls!

I am my friend's maid of honor and this is my first time to plan a hen party. So far I have got the guest list and where the bride wants to do her hen party. Planning to book a place on airbnb, which is an hour away from our location. Thinking about planning cocktail class and meal.

I don't know what I should be charging the guests. Is there someone I should be asking to help me plan the hen party. Like a party planner?

I think event planners can help you with that since they organize different kinds of events.

You can call all the bridesmaids and divide all expenses equally. Let them pitch in in the planning too. They can be a big help.

We did the same thing. We rented a condo unit for the hen party. We also had the food catered so we wont have to worry about cooking. All we did was just decorate the place with banners and balloons. Oh and also, we secured the wines and drinks because it isn't included in the catering. It's super easy to organize a hen party, it's not as elaborate as the wedding, so no need for a professional event organizer.
