Novotel, Swissotel Merchant court, Traders or Marina Bay Sand?

Hihi,

Anyone attended to any of these hotels before? Because I am looking for wedding banquet (Lunch preferred).

1. Novotel
2. Swissotel Merchant court
3. Traders
4. Marina Bay Sand

Can someone advise me on that?

Swissotel Merchant Court is nice.. Pillarless and high ceiling with a private foyer... Min is 35 tables for dinner, not sure abt lunch.. Traders got pillars with mirrors IIRC.. MBS is expensive and not wirth the money IMO.. Had corporate event there before and service was poor.. Perhaps wedding will be different...

I haven't seen Novotel so cannot comment but I think Merchant Court will win Novotel in terms of location (next to mrt). Novotel has several ballrooms so if the date you are choosing is an auspicious one or wkends (you end up having many people both attending wedding dinners, going clubbing or having dinner queueing to get into the carpark) which was what I faced the last time I went to eat dinner at a restaurant in Liang Court.
