just saw the launch. the surrounding is very nice and serene with the punggol park. but quite a far walk to hougang mall.

wasted. i applied Hougang Parkview BTO. If I know got parkland coming up, I will have wait. Coz the location is much better....

yes, parkview was so far inside, almost near punggol already. This one is very near to hougang mall, only about 10 mins walk.

but this is a dbss, and the location is almost similar to parkview. why go for this dbss when parkview is good enough? unless you want those furnishings and all that. IMO you got a good deal for parkview bto la.
