Yes it is available already and not too cheap. The official opening date is not confirmed yet and the ballroom will be open for site recce after it's opened. I have also got the package from Diana and will be waiting to fix an appointment to view the ballroom. Am hoping the ballroom is nice as the min number of tables fits my requirements and the location is very central.
