Hi amford you might like to try Little Dream. just went for a wedding show last weekend and they were there. Their price is like 2 piece is $800, 2 piece is $1200 ... just add another $400 for additional piece. I was told that you might even need to pay additional for sound system if the venue does not permit them to use the sound system or the system is not good enough. If you want piano you have to rent one if your venue does not have it. I have one more contacts but only got their number which I dun think i can put up here but they were groups of philipinos. Price wise I am not sure but heard that its below 1K. let me know if you would like to have their numbers too

Hi Perfectpixie, may I enquire where did you get these quotations from? The reason being I'm holding my wedding next September in 2012. The price list I requested from these hotels are much higher than what you had mentioned here... About S$1,100 per table, even for Amara (S$1,070).

If you have the source of these price list, is it okay to publish it out? I believe we can use it to negotiate a better price with the hotels.

    Thanks

hi ken, the prices for 2012 will most likely be higher as compared to previous years due to inflation and other factors. It will be more accurate to refer to the banquet package prices from here: http://www.perfectweddings.sg/forums...et-price-list/

    hope this helps

    Hi PerfectPixie

Thanks for the link and info.

My wife and I went to Hyatt in the afternoon. Such a coincidence they are having bridal openhouse at level 2 today and Sunday (tomorrow). The package they offer are very attractive, considering they are a 5-star hotel, really value for your money.

Also, I am only looking for about 13 - 15 tables, which they accept. Another plus point is that they are very flexible with the additional perks and you can negotiate with them freely. They give me the impression that they will satisfy to your needs if they can do so!

    Hi Petty Pot,

I'm going for 2012 package, hence the price is more expensive than in 2011. For example, I enquired from GPCH. Their 2011 package starts from $738, while 2012 starts from $848; that's a near $120 inflation!

Anyway back to Hyatt 2012 package. For 15 tables, I am offered Camelia Room @ Level 3. If you manage to have 20 tables, I highly recommend you Hyatt! Because 20 tables will be at their main ballroom: The Gallery! The Gallery is very classic and superb ambience. I believe your guests will wet their pants already when they step in there, really bery nice (I visited there with my wife last Sat)!

For 2012 Hyatt package, their price starts from $1,132, with a lot of perks added in. They are more than willing to agree to your requests, which I really appreciate. If you need other packages (2012) for other hotels like Traders Hotel, Carlton Hotel, M Hotel, Intercontinental, Mandarin Oriental, and others, please send me your email address.

I can send you their lists as I do not know how to post them here. Thanks.
