Resale or BTO?

hi all, htb and i are thinking of resale or bto. now with the resale prices coming down, is it better than BTO?

Hi preciousprincess! imo, BTO will be cheaper compared to resale (depending on location). However, BTO would have to wait for years unless you managed to get the balance flats.

The renovation costs for resale will also be more costly (depending on the materials or themes you intending to have).
