hi everyone, we are considering this as an option to HDBs so wondering if any of you ladies would know how much does it cost to buy a resale condo/ private apartment? any COV? bank loans, stamp duty, etc etc to note? thanks!
last time was $400-500k can get a condo, now min i think $800k for condo at non-prime area.. bank loan can only take up to 60% because of the august measures last year
